Andrew Kinsella has been writing music in the New Age genre since 1997 when he formed the New Age group 'Age Of Echoes' with long time friend David Stanton. In 2000 'Age Of Echoes' began to distribute their music online, initially via MP3.com and other emerging websites for independent artists. Interest in 'Age Of Echoes' music soon began to build, and the group attracted a growing number of fans from all over the world. Andrew draws the inspiration for his music from many of the spiritual places and landscapes he has visited, some of his favourites include Glastonbury Tor, The Chalice Well, Avebury, Castlerigg, Tintagel, but also from spiritual and philosophical beliefs and ideas both ancient and modern, from megalithic mysteries to quantum physics. This is reflected in the nature of his sound, where ancient tribal rhythms and melodies and modern electronica seamlessly blend. Andrew's debut solo album 'Evolution' has been composed in his own unique style, a remarkable fusion of modern chill-out, tribal rhythms, and epic, evocative soundscapes. His music features acoustic and electric guitars, piano, synthesisers, ethnic flute and percussion.
