Simon Lovelock takes the Namaste torch along with Medwyn Goodall and Peter King to bring you the most inspired “True” album to date. True Yoga uses Simon Lovelock’s unique ability to blend meaningful instrumentation and breathtaking composition to present an album that is dually practical for both group and solo practice or simply a pleasure to be listened to. Through the manipulation of traditional raga forms the album has been designed to encompass the main practices of Yoga with tracks dedicated to Asanas, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation, all these maintaining the same ambiance yet distinctly different in their musical approach. Many albums for yoga have pretty melodies and tranquil
composition but very few portrey the physical and mental dynamic that
makes yoga the art that it has become. This is a cd that succeeds where
others have failed. The CD's composition, collaboration and ambience not
only enhance the practice of yoga but move the yogi closer towards the
harmony that they seek within.

NAMASTE, a concept dedicated to producing the very best in
dedicated therapy music. As promised Namaste have delivered on this
demanding and complex album creating a musical experience that becomes one
