When do you send my CD order?
ALL CD orders are shipped within 1-3 days.
Can I have my CD order autographed?
Medwyn Goodall and Midori CD's can be autographed upon request. Simply let us know.
When and how do I receive my MP3 download order?
ALL MP3, WAV, single tracks, and any FREE offer can be downloaded instantly after payment has been made. You will receive an instant email receipt with all the download links clearly listed.
If you order from our 'discount page' it may take a few hours for us to send your order.
ALL files are fast to download.
What is the quality of your MP3's?
ALL OUR MP3's are created using the highest bitrate resolution of 320.
What if something happens and I don't receive my download order?
Should you not receive a receipt or download link please check your spam filter first. If you have any problem please don't hesitate to use the contact us page and we will take care of you straight away in a one to one friendly personal way. We do care. Usually such things are small problems that we can sort out for you within moments of finding your message or email. We will always be able to get your order to you.
What is a WAV file?
A WAV file is a higher quality audio file that is lossless. There are a growing number of WAV albums on the website recorded with different spec/s like 32, 24 bit and 48Hz and are direct studio copies of the album. If you are unsure as to if these files will play in your software then it is best to buy an MP3 album. WAV files are much larger in size, often around 1 gig for an album.
Can I now download WAV files instantly?
YES ! WAV files can now be downloaded instantly just like an MP3
What if my CD order does not arrive - LOST POST ?
If you are a non U.K. customer and live in Australia, China, New Zealand. the USA or Canada, then please allow time for your order to reach you. If however you feel enough time has passed, do get in touch and we will help you immediately. If an order does get itself lost we always send out a replacement, so you are never left without your order.
Tracking? Do you provide a tracking number? Where is my tracking number?
We ship all orders using Royal Mail and Air Mail. To keep your shipping costs down we do not use a tracking service. However if you wish to make a large order, or want to upgrade your shipping to a ''signed for' service we can offer such a service and ask you to please get in touch with us using the Contact Us page so we may quote for the extra postage service you require.
Special Occasions & Christmas
Do allow extra time for periods like Christmas, bad weather, Birthdays, Mothers-Fathers day, Valentines, and order earlier so as not risk disappointment.
SHIPPING REGIONS & Returns
1 – 3 working days. UK is defined as: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland.
Delivered by Royal Mail International Service, air-mail. It usually takes 4 – 5 days to Europe and 6 days to the rest of the world, however, delivery might take longer depending on customs practices in your country.

We pride ourselves on the efficiency and speed of our despatch. We ship many hundreds of packages to destinations all over the world and nearly all packages reach their destination safely and on time. If you live overseas and do not receive your goods within 3-4 weeks of placing your order please contact us.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened product due to the ease of copying product and our obligation to protect artist royalties. Be assured that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and to help you select music that is right for the listening purposes you have in mind, music clips are provided on our web site. We are also happy to offer advice to help you in you choice, and you are welcome to e-mail us or call during office hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return unopened, unused CDs purchased from MG Music Ltd. for any reason, for a full refund (minus shipping costs). The item must be unopened, in its original shrink wrap and in resaleable condition. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged or opened CDs. In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the item with a new copy of the same item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs can be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise they will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from MG Music Ltd. For refunds or returns of items purchased from a retail store, please contact the store directly.
